Can I see a plant before I buy?
Come to a live show on Palmstreet and ask us about it.
What shipping options do you have?
Jungle James Tropical Plants offers standard shipping on Palmstreet, plus 2-day and overnight options and insulation for hot or cold weather. Our Palmstreet shop lists the current prices.
Do I need insulation?
Insulation is there for hot or cold weather on the way to you. Not sure? Message us on Palmstreet before you order.
What if my plant arrives damaged?
Take photos of the plant and the box before you unpack everything. Then message us on Palmstreet with the photos and your order details.
Can I return or cancel an order?
Jungle James Tropical Plants sells live plants, so we don't take returns or cancellations. If something's wrong when your plant arrives, take photos and message us on Palmstreet.
Are your plants safe for pets?
We don't label plants as pet-safe. Look the plant up by name or ask your vet before it goes within reach.
