Extreme heat and cold are hard on a plant in a box. If your forecast looks rough, add insulation, or message us on Palmstreet before your order ships.
- Open the box the day it arrives.
- If anything looks wrong, take photos of the plant and the box before you unpack everything.
- Give it a few days to settle. A droopy or yellow leaf after a trip can happen.
